Welcome to Blue Walleye Outpost

Formerly known as Lac Achepabanca Outpost Camps; Blue Walleye Outpost is located right on the shores of beautiful and scenic Lac Achepabanca Quebec.

The owners of BWO Thomas and Nicole are anxious to welcome you to their slice of the Canadian wilderness.

Our adventure began in May 2022, When purchasing the outpost. As avid outdoors enthusiasts our vision is to return the outpost to its former state.

While enjoying and experiencing the many opportunities offered in our slice of the Canadian wilderness, Sharing with our clients the many great hunting and fishing adventures that are possible at Lac Achepabanca and the many lakes that surround our territory.

While in the process of upgrading the cabins each year we add a little more to better our guest experience yet still remain a rustic outpost camp.

Each cabin is in the process of upgrades that will better our guest experience, Along with a new shower house and solar power upgrades to follow.

Our 3 fully furnished cabins have flushing toilets, running water, bunk beds, propane fridges and cook stoves. We supply pots and pans, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils in each cabin.

You need to bring with you: 

Food, drinks, beverages, bedding , sleeping bag, pillows and towels.

Fishing rods, fish finder, worms, hunting gear, life jacket (PFD)

DON'T forget your camera and the Bug Spray!!!

You will need to purchase your fishing/hunting license PRIOR to arrival at camp.

(Licenses MUST be purchased before leaving Senneterre, QC) 

This is your last stop for supplies, before heading to the outpost.
